Bus plunge kills 4 in Sirajganj

Sirajganj Correspondent: At least four people were killed and 20 others injured as a passenger bus plunged into a roadside ditch on Nagarbari-Bogra highway at Shimla area in Raiganj upazila on Tuesday morning.

Identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Sources said that Gaibandha-bound bus fell into a roadside ditch around 4am, leaving four passengers dead on the spot and 20 others injured.

Confirming the matter, Raiganj fire service and civil defense station in-charge Md Serajul Islam said the death toll may increase.
