Businessman held with 2kg gold at Dhaka airport

Staff Correspondent: Custom intelligence officials in a drive detained a businessman with 2.228 kilograms of gold at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in the capital.
The detainee is identified as Jinnat Mahmud Shamim.
Sources said that acting on a tip-off, the law enforcers recovered the gold from the Malaysia return businessman early Monday.
Director General of Customs Intelligence Moinul Khan confirmed the matter to media on Monday.
The marker price of the gold bar is about Tk 1.10 crore.
