CJ offers prayers to Dhakeshwari Temple

Staff Correspondent: Chief Justice (CJ) Surendra Kumar Sinha along with his better-half attends Laxmi puja at Dhakeshwari Temple in the capital on Thursday afternoon.

Manager of the temple confirmed the news to the reporters.

The chief justice stayed there for around 20 minutes at the VIP room of the temple. Ranadash Gupta, general secretary of Bangladesh Hindu-Bouddha-Christian Oikya Parishad and Supreme Court (SC) lawyer Subrato Chowdhury were also present in the room.

Ranadash confirmed this to risingbd.

Earlier, Law Minister Anisul Huq visited the Chief Justice at his official residence in the afternoon.
