Cabinet approves proposed budget

Staff Correspondent: The Cabinet has approved the proposed national budget for fiscal year 2019-20 (FY20).
The approval came at a meeting held with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair on Thursday noon.
The finance minister, other cabinet ministers and state ministers concerned attended the meeting.
Finance Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal has started unfolding the budget in parliament.
