College teacher shot dead in Natore

Natore Correspondent: A college teacher was shot dead by snatchers in the district’s Lalpur upazila on Thursday noon.

Miscreants also snatched away his motorcycle.

The deceased is Mosharrof Hossain (40), a lecturer of Bangla Department of Mohorkoya Degree College and son of Mohammad Ali in Peergachhara area of Bagha upazila.

According to sources, snatchers stopped him in Tinkhuti area around 12.30pm while he was returning home. They shot the college teacher as he obstructed to snatch away his motorcycle.    

Bullet-hit Mosharrof was immediately taken to Bagha Upazila Health Complex where the duty doctors declared him dead.
