'Combat all sorts of injustice with teachings of Ashura'

Desk Report: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina urged all to be imbued with the teachings of holy Ashura to combat all sorts of injustice in the national life.

She also urged all to establish truth and justice in all spheres.

The Prime Minister made the calls in a message issued on the occasion of holy Ashura on Saturday.

She said the sacrifice of Hazrat Imam Hossain (RA) and his companions to establish peace and justice in society is a glaring and emulating example for the Muslim Ummah across the world.

The day of Ashura is significant in human history, she said adding that this day is very sacred to the Muslims across the world.
