Couple found dead in Gaibandha

Gaibandha Correspondent: Police recovered bodies of a couple from Binchi village of the district's Gobindaganj upazila on Sunday morning.

The deceased were identified as Jalal, 28, and his wife Pakhi Begum, 22.

Subrata Kumar Sarkar, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Gobindaganj Police Station, said locals spotted the bodies in their living room on Sunday morning. Being informed, police recovered the bodies and sent those to sadar hospital morgue for autopsy.

Jalal might have committed suicide after strangled his wife to death over family feud , he added.
