DU Baishakhi concert stage vandalized

Staff Correspondent: A group of unknown attackers vandalized a Baishakhi concert stage and torched banners, festoons at the Mall Chattar in Dhaka University Campus.
The incident took place around 1:00am on Saturday.
Witnesses said the miscreants vandalized different stalls, some fridges and advertising banners that were prepared to mark the Pohela Baishakh.
Dhaka University's (DU) Proctor Prof AKM Golam Rabbani said, “I heard the news. It was quite unexpected. Action will be taken against the attackers.”
