Staff Correspondent: A student of Dhaka University was burnt to death in a fire that broke out at a chemical warehouse in Chawkbazar area of Old Dhaka on Wednesday night.
The deceased was identified as Kawsar Ahmed, a student of Bachelor Business Administration (BBA) department of DU.
The victim had a pharmacy shop in Chawkbazar area. His body was kept at the morgue of Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH).
Hafiz, brother of the victim said, due to financial crisis, Kawsar supported his family running the shop. But, the brutal fire that broke out at a warehouse also burnt Kawsar alive.
