Deepika buys a new house in London?

Entertainment Desk: Deepika Padukone, who is all set to be seen as Rani Padmavati, has reportedly bought a new house in London. And it’s not just an impulsive fancy purchase. Deepika apparently intends to spend a lot of time in her new home away from home.

According to a report in Deccan Chronicle, a source revealed, “Deepika has acquired a dream house for herself in London. It’s going to be her idyllic hideaway. As soon as Padmavat is released, she intends to travel and spend considerable time on her own before returning to her next film project.”

The source adds that the recent controversies and threats related to Padmavat have stressed her out far more than she is willing to admit to everyone. “Deepika needs a long break away from home. The London residence that she has acquired is just that.”

Apparently, the actress has put together the entire home in London on her own, brick by brick. “It is her private space, to be shared only with herself,” says the source.

Recently there were also reports that Deepika and Ranveer have together bought a house in Goa. Although many details of this love nest are unknown, reports claim that it is located in the vicinity which also boasts of Raghuram Rajan and Sunil Gavaskar's sprawling bungalows.
Ranveer's team has however denied these reports.

Well, London or Goa, we are sure Deepika really needs a break from all the Padmavat craziness.

On the work front, Padmavati has now officially become Padmaavat. The film has already been banned in Rajasthan and Himachal. There were reports that Goa was going the same way. But, Parrikar said he has no objection to this film. "If they have a censor certificate we do not have objection. If there is a law and order issue, we will look at it then," Parrikar told reporters.

Parrikar also said that the state police had expressed apprehensions about the film being screened in Goa during the peak tourism season in December when a significant chunk of the uniformed personnel are busy discharging law and order duties. He added that since the peak season was over, the apprehension was irrelevant.

"Police report was for peak season. Peak season is over, so there is no problem," Parrikar said.

So is the film still releasing on the 25th of January? Well, let’s wait and watch!
