Drug trader killed in Jashore gunfight

Staff Correspondent, Jashore: A suspected drug trader is killed in a gunfight between two groups of drug traders in Ulashi Kuchomora area under Sharsha upazila in Jashore on Tuesday night.

Identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Sharsha police station Officer-in-Charge M Mashiur Rahman said on information that drug peddlers locked into a clash, police rushed to the spot and found a dead body in the area.

Fire arms and drugs were also recovered for the spot, OC added.
