EC to take steps against killing incident of Adabar

Staff Correspondent: Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal has expressed his deep sorrows over the incident of two killings ran over by pick in the capital’s Adabar area of Mohammadpur, saying the Election Commission (EC) will take actions against the incident.”
He said, “Law enforcement agencies are currently under the EC centering the 11th general election. So, the EC will take proper actions against the incident of killing two boys.”
The Home Boss told this to the reporters after emerging from a programme held at T&T colony ground of the capital’s Moghbazar area on Saturday.
The Minister said, “Something excitement remains during election. But losing lives is not accepted at all. If someone tries to create chaos centering election, they will be prevented strictly.”
Two boys, Arif and Sujon, were ran over by a pick up they boarded during a clash between two factions of the ruling Awami League at Adabar of Mohammadpur area. At least 20 people were also injured in the incident.
