Education law soon to stop coaching business

Secretariat Correspondent: The government is going to make education law to stop coaching business in the country.

The education law will be presented before the Cabinet within the next two weeks.

Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid said this after a meeting with Deputy Commissioners at the conference room of the Cabinet Division on Tuesday evening.

The education minister said ensuring the quality of education is a big challenge for our government and cooperation from the deputy commissioners has been sought to achieve this challenge. Deputy commissioners presented their suggestions, needs and opinions on these issues, he said.

Deputy commissioners have been informed that we will make the education law to protect the quality of education. It will be presented before the cabinet in the next two weeks. If it gets approved, the country's coaching business and coaching debate will be stopped, Nahid said.

The minister instructed the DCs to conduct special monitoring for the teachers.
