Eid advance train ticket sale begins Wednesday

Staff Correspondent: The Bangladesh Railway is set to begin advance train ticket sale on Wednesday (August 08) to ensure hassle-free journey for the Eid-ul-Azha holidaymakers, which is expected to be celebrated on August 22.

On Wednesday, tickets will be available for August 17 while on Thursday for August 18. On August 10, 11 and 12, tickets will be sold for August 19, 20 and 21 respectively.

Tickets sale will start at 8:00am on the days at Dhaka and Chattogram stations on special management.

Return tickets will be available since August 15. Return ticket sale will also begin at 8:00am with special management in Rajshahi, Khulna, Rangpur, Dinajpur and Lalmonirhat stations.

On August 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 will be available return tickets for August 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28 respectively.
