Eid advance train tickets to be available in 6 places

Senior Correspondent: Railways Minister Nurul Islam Sujan said Eid holidaymakers can be able to collect advance train tickets from six places of the capital ahead of Eid-ul-Fitr.

Besides, an app for selling rail tickets will be launched in next month, he said.

The minister came up with the information while briefing reporters after visiting Kamalpur Railway Station in Dhaka on Thursday afternoon.

A total of six places including Fulbaria, Dhaka University’s TSC and Mirpur have been fixed for selling advance train tickets in order to facilitate holidaymakers to collect their tickets, Sujan said.
