Eid return train service to start from Wednesday

Staff Correspondent: Those who had left for their hometowns for Eid-ul-Fitr will start streaming back into Dhaka from Wednesday.

Bangladesh railway sources said that the Eid special return train service for holidaymakers will start from June 28.

A lot of people will start to make their way back to Dhaka by bus, launch and train.

The city will get its regular view as the people have already started to come back and join their workplace after celebrating Eid-ul-fitr.

The railway transport carry about two lakh 65 thousands passengers everyday during Eid.

The Eid advance train ticket sale had started on Jun 12. On June 20, 21, 22 and 23 holidaymakers collected return train tickets for June 28, 29 and 30.
