Staff Correspondent: Eid-ul-Fitr, the biggest religious festival of Muslims, is being celebrated across the country today (Wednesday) after a month of fasting.
The main Eid-ul-Fitr congregation was held at the National Eidgah.
Television channels are airing special programmes while newspapers and magazines carried special supplements.
President Md Abdul Hamid and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina have greeted the nation on the occasion. They are expected to exchange greetings with the people later in the day.
