Ershad released from Rangpur CMH

Staff Correspondent: Former president and the Jatiya Party chairman, Hussain Muhammad Ershad, got release from Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Rangpur and returned to Dhaka.

He arrived in Dhaka this morning by a private plane.

Jatiya Party city unit president Mostafizur Rahman Mostafa said that Hussain Muhammad Ershad was taken to Saidpur Airport from Rangpur CMH this morning. Later, he flew for Dhaka around 8:15am.

He also said, "The party chairman is much better now. He will take better treatment going to Dhaka."

Earlier on September 24, Ershad got admitted to Combined Military Hospital in Rangpur as he fell ill.
