Firefighter Sohel Rana dies

Staff Correspondent:  Firefighter Sohel Rana, who sustained severe injuries during Banani FR Tower fire rescue operation, is no more.

He died around 3.45am on Monday in a Singapore hospital.

Duty Officer of Fire Service Control Room Mahfuzur Rahman confirmed this.

Sohel Rana of Kurmitola Fire Service and Civil Defence, sustained serious injuries on March 28 while rescuing people from the FR Tower fire that claimed 26 lives and left many injured
