Five held with Yaba in capital

Staff Correspondent: Five drug peddlers have been held in separate drives in the capital.
Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) held them conducting drives at Mugda and South Keraniganj of the capital on Friday.
A press release issued by RAB-10 revealed the news.
The detainees were known as Dadon, 45, Ripon Kumar Saha, Lipi, 34, Md Shanto, 21, Md Riaz Mia, 25.
The press release read that Dadon, Ripon and Lipi were held with 340 pieces of Yaba from Maniknagar area of Mugda.
Law enforcers also seized four mobile phone sets and Tk 18,500 from their possessions, according to the press statement.
It further revealed that RAB officials held Shanto and Riaz with 214 pieces of Yaba from Mirerbag area of South Keraniganj. Four mobile phones were also seized from their possessions.
