Four-tier security plan for Feb 21

Staff Correspondent: Dhaka Metropolitan Police commissioner Asaduzzaman Miah said that four-tier security measures have been taken for smooth celebration of the International Mother Language Day on February 21.
The police commissioner made the disclosure while addressing newsmen after visiting Shaheed Minar area on Monday.
He said highest security barriers will be made around the Shaheed Minar and adjacent areas ahead of February 21.
Asaduzzaman Miah also said no vehicle will be allowed on Shaheed Minar premises from 6pm on February 20 to early hours on February 21.
All types of preparations have been taken to avoid any untoward situation, he added.
