Gazette on final polling centres published

Staff Correspondent: The Election Commission (EC) has completed gazette publishing of final list of polling stations for all 300 constituencies of the upcoming 11the parliamentary election.

There will be more than two lac polling booths in over 40,000 polling centres.

According to EC laws, there is legal obligation to publish gazette constituency-based at least 25 days before the polls to be held.

As per the schedule, voting of the 11th parliamentary election will be held on December 30. So, December 04 was the deadline to publish the gazette.
