Govt failing to send back Rohingyas: Khaleda

SK Reza Parves, from Cox's Bazar: BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia has said that the government has been failing to send back Rohingya refugees fleeing violence in Myanmar.

The BNP chairperson also urged Myanmar to take back Rohingyas to their country in the shortest possible time.

Khaleda Zia said this while distributing relief at a Rohingya camp in Ukhia on Monday noon.

She reached Ukhia around 12.45pm.

Earlier around 11.00am, BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia started her journey from Cox’s Bazar Circuit House to visit Rohingya camps in Ukhia upazila and distribute relief materials among the Myanmar's displaced nationals.

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia arrived in Cox’s Bazar from Chittagong on Sunday night.
