Govt issued circular in recognition of Dawra-e-Hadith

Staff Correspondent: The government has published a circular giving Dawra-e-Hadith under the Qawmi Madrasa Education Board the status of master’s degree in Islamic Studies and Arabic.
The education ministry issued the circular on Thursday.
Earlier, the government decided to acknowledge Qawmi madrasa’s “dawah-e-hadith” as a post-graduate degree.
On Tuesday evening, the decision was announced by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in a meeting with Bangladesh Qawmi Madrasa Education Board and Hefazat-e-Islam leaders at Ganabhaban.
