HC issues rule over quota system in teachers’ employment

Staff Correspondent: The High Court (HC) has issued a rule asking the concerned to explain in seven days why it should not declare district and upazila quota system in teachers employment of non-government educational institutions illegal.

A bench of Justice Kazi Reza-Ul-Haque and Justice Mohammad Ullah issued the rule on Wednesday.

Responders of the rule are education secretary and NTRCA authority.
