HC rules against article 116

Staff Correspondent: The High Court (HC) has issued a rule asking the government as to why the article 116 of the constitution should not be declared illegal.
A bench comprising of Justice Kazi Rezaul Haque and Justice Mohammad Ullah came up with the rule on Sunday.
Advocate Younus Ali Akond who filed the petition stood for it in the court.
