HC stays 3 cases against Khaleda

Staff Correspondent: The High Court (HC) has stayed the procedures of three alleged subversive cases filed against BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia with Jatrabari and Darus Salam Police Station.

An HC bench led by Justice Md Miftah Uddin passed the order on Tuesday noon.

Barrister Mahbub Uddin Khokon and Sanjida Siddiqui moved for BNP Chief in the court while Deputy Attorney General Moniruzzaman Kabir represented the state.

After the order, Deputy Attorney General Moniruzzaman told risingbd that a petition would be filed against the order before the Appellate Division.
