HC summons Patuakhali civil surgeon

Staff Correspondent: The High Court has summoned the Patuakhali's civil surgeon directing him to appear before it on May 22 for his explanation on an incident of irrelevance in the death certificate of a raped victim.

The HC bench of Justice M Enayetur Rahim passed the order on Tuesday.

Assistant Attorney General Yusuf Mahmud Morshed confirmed the matter to media.
