Staff Correspondent: The cabinet has approved the draft of ‘Hajj Package-2018’ with provision of two government management hajj packages.
Under package-1, one pilgrim will have to spend Tk 138,191 to Tk 397,929 and under package-2 one will have to spend Tk 138,191 to Tk 3, 31,359 for airfare.
The draft was approved at a regular cabinet meeting held with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair on Monday.
Cabinet Secretary Mohammad Shafiul Alam briefed reporters after the meeting.
As per new package, airfare has increased about Tk 13,000.
