Haor embankment graft: Charge sheet pressed against 33

Staff Correspondent: The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has approved charge sheet against 33 people for their alleged involvement in the corruption in building embankments in the haor belt.

However, the anti-corruption body excluded 34 others from the allegation and included six fresh accused in the case.

ACC gave approval for the charge sheet on Sunday, according the its PRO Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya.
