Husband held for strangling wife to death

Staff Correspondent: Police has arrested a man in charge of strangling wife to death. The man also set fire to the dead body after pouring kerosene.
The arrestee is Komal Hossain.
Police recovered the body of Hasi Akhter,23, around 9.30am on Wednesday from the capital’s Mugdapara Bank colony.
Officer in-Charge (OC) of Mugda Thana Prolay Kumar Saha said, “We suspect that Komal Hossain has strangled wife Hasi to death. Then he poured kerosene on his body and set fire to it”.
He also said the body had been sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) morgue for autopsy.
