JS polls schedule in late October

Staff Correspondent: Election Commission Secretary Helaluddin Ahmed has said that the schedule for the 11th parliamentary polls will be announced in late October this year.

He said this to reporters after a meeting at Agargaon in the city on Tuesday.

EC has taken necessary steps to hold a fair election, he added.

He also said the National Voters Day will be observed from March 1 next year.
