JSC, JDC results on Saturday

Staff Correspondent: The results of Junior School Certificate (JSC) and Junior Dakhil Certificate (JDC) examinations-2017 will be published on Saturday.

Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid will hold a press briefing in this connection in the conference room of his ministry at 2:00pm.

The JSC and JDC examinations were held between November 1 and 18. A total of 24, 68,820 students from 28,621 educational institutions appeared in this year's examinations. Of them, 11, 44,778 are male and 13, 24,042 female.

The number of JSC examinees is 20, 90,277 while 3, 78,543 examinees participated in the JDC examination this year.

A total of 659 students from nine overseas centres appeared in the JSC examinations.
