'Job seekers can now get job in village'

Staff Correspondent: Planning Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal said, "People living in the villages need not come to the town areas for the pursuit of a job. Now they can be able to get job in villages."

The minister made the disclosure at a press conference held at the NEC conference room in the capital's Sher-e-Bangla Nagar on Thursday.

Mustafa Kamal said, "We have chalked out plans to reshape our villages. Presently, 1,400 projects are underway in the villages. Villages will be blessed with new shapes once the projects are implemented. 100 special economic zones are being built at villages which will ensure employment for thousands of unemployed people."
