'Judiciary get relieved after Sinha's resignation'

Staff Correspondent: Attorney General Mahbubey Alam opined that the Judiciary department got relieved after the resignation of SK Sinha.

The Attorney General made the opinion while addressing reporters at his office in the Supreme Court on Sunday noon.

He said that there would be no impact in judiciary department after the resignation of SK Sinha. SK Sinha had no alternatives, but to resign.

Mahbubey Alam also said that if anyone gets involve with corruption he should not stay in any post of the judiciary department.

There is no constitutional vacuum following the resign of Chief Justice, he added.
