Kids arrested on murder case get HC bail

Staff Correspondent: The High Court has granted bail to two children aged 8 and 9 years arrested in a murder case filed with Kamrangirchar in city.

The court also ordered police to provide security these kids.

The HC bench of Justice Qazi Reza-Ul-Haque and Justice Mohammad Ullah passed the order on Sunday.

The court fixed March 1 for the next hearing of the case.

Earlier on October 1 last year, police recovered a dead body of a kid from a canal of Kamrangirchar. A family filed a case with Kamrangirchar Police Station 10 days later the kid was buried as an unclaimed dead body by Anjuman Mufidul Islam.

Police later arrested the two kids on their suspected involvement with murder.
