Senior Correspondent: Launch services at Sadarghat terminal resumed as the weather began to improve.
Dinesh Kumar Saha, transport inspector of Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority (BIWTA) confirmed the matter to risingbd.com on Sunday noon.
The Met Office advised river ports to hoist riverine warning signal No 2. That’s why the launch services were declared halted. But, the service is normal now.
