Law Minister claims EC search body neutral

Brahmanbaria Correspondent: Law Minister Anisul Huq claimed the search body as neutral which was recently formed by the President to reconstitute the Election Commission (EC).

He said, “Those are engaged in criticising the search body, they have a habit of politicisation. Awami League never believes in the process.”

The Minister came up with the remarks while speaking at a programme at the district’s Kosba Press Club on Friday afternoon.

Urging journalists to work for the country’s well being, he said, “I know you are working for the welfare of the country’s people. You have to be devoted yourself in the profession to do so.”
