Law minister meets CJ

Staff Correspondent: Law Minister Anisul Huq has met Chief Justice (CJ) Surendra Kumar Sinha at his official residence in the capital around 4:45pm on Thursday.

The law minister did not talk to reporters while coming out of the chief justice’s residence.

Earlier around 3:00pm, the law minister also met acting Chief Justice Md Abdul Wahhab Miah at his office in the Supreme Court and assured that the acting chief justice will be given all sorts of assistance so that he can discharge his duty properly.
