Man held with 10 gold bars in his undergarment

Staff Correspondent: Customs intelligence detained a man with 10 gold bars in Hazrat ShahJalal International Airport on Monday.
The detainee is identified as Abdul Monayem, hailed from Chittagong.
Sources said that the passenger arrived at the airport from Mascot of Oman around 11:00am on Monday. Meanwhile, acting on a tip-off, the law enforcers detained him with 10 gold bars weighing 1160 grams from his undergarment.
The market value of the gold pieces is Tk 58 lakh.
