Mila files case against her husband's family

Staff Correspondent: Popular pop singer Tasbiha Binte Shahid Mila, commonly known as Mila Islam, has filed a defamation case against her husband Parvez Sanjari's family.

The case was filed with the court of Sarafuzzaman Ansari of Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate on Tuesday.

The judge said the further order will be delivered after accepting deposition and reviewing it.

The people who were accused in the case are her husband's younger brother SMR Rahman, his wife  Afroza Rahman Laboni, Online news portal bd24live's editor Amirul Islam and Sanjari's mother Afroza Nasir.

According to the case statement, the accused in collaboration each other defamed Mila's reputation publishing news on bd24live on October 7, 9 and 10.

Earlier, she also filed a case against her husband Parvez Sanjari which prompted to arrest him.
