Mother-son killing: Karim's 2nd wife held

Staff Correspondent: Police held Sharmin Mukta, second wife of Abdul Karim, over the incident of killing the first wife and her son Shaon at the capital's Kakrail.

Confirming the news, Kazi Mainul Islam, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Ramna Model Police Station, said model actress Sharmin Mukta was brought to the station on Thursday morning. She will be interrogated over the incident.

Karim's first wife Shamsunnahar, 46, and her son Shaon, 19, were found dead at own their home at 79/1, Kakrail on Wednesday evening.

Police took Karim, their domestic help Rashida and guard Noman to the police station at the night to interrogate into the matter.
