Nasrin attempts to commit suicide

Staff Correspondent: Nasrin Sultana, wife of national team cricketer Arafat Sani, tried to commit suicide by taking sleeping medicine.

Sub-Inspector of Dhanmondi Police Station Ziaur Rahman told risingbd that Nasrin took excessive sleeping medicine early Friday. At 12.00 pm, her family member knew the matter.

Later, she was rushed to Renesa Hospital in the capital's Dhanmondi. There she was kept in the Intensive Care Center (ICU). She is now out of danger.

Ziaur Rahman also said on Thursday night Nasrin locked into a quarrel with Arafat Suni.

Nasrin Sultana wrote a 'suicide note' blaming Arafat Suni.
