Neo JMB going to be banned anytime

Staff Correspondent: Chief of the Counter-Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) unit of police Monirul Islam said that militant group ‘Neo JMB’ will be banned anytime as the process of banning has begun already.
Monirul Islam made the announcement while addressing a press conference at DMP media center in the capital on Saturday.
He said that a report to the Home Ministry via Police Headquarters has been sent in this regard. Final result will come anytime.
In reply to a question, he also said, they (Neo-JMB) have to face problem to collect activist after the ban as nobody want to join any banned organization.
On February 23, 2005, the Jamaatul Mujahidin Bangladesh (JMB) was banned. Later, the Neo JMB was formed in 2013 as part of the JMB.
