Nine recommendations for safe journey ahead of Eid

Senior Correspondent: Nou, Sarak, O Railkhat Rokkha Jatiya Committee (national committee to protect river, road and rail sector) placed nine recommendations for safe journey ahead of Eid-ul-Azha.

In a press conference, the organization placed the recommendations signed by the committee chief adviser Monzurul Ahsan Khan and its general secretary Ashish Kumar Dey on Saturday.

Of the eight recommendations- Mobile Court in all bus terminals, CCTV cameras in all terminals, harder steps against over loaded bus, launch and train, Mobile Court in all ferry ghats for the sake of smooth vehicle operation and others were placed. 

The recommendations were sent to Shipping Ministry, Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority (BIWTA), Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Corporation (BIWTC) and Launch Owners Association of Bangladesh.
