No room for militancy in Bangladesh: PM

Staff Correspondent, Rajshahi: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said there is no room for militancy in the domain of Bangladesh.

She said, "Militancy and terrorism will not be sheltered in Bangladesh. BNP-Jama'at alliance killed people of Awami League (AL) and its front organisations in Rajshahi region. Common people protested them. Awami League's support will be continuing for them." 

The premier said this while speaking at a rally in Rajshahi on Thursday afternoon.

She also reiterated to prevent terrorism activities of BNP-Jama'at strictly.

She said her government has been working for development across the country. No need for someone to raise demands for the overall development. As the daughter of the father of nation I know how to move with development.
