Obaidul’s helicopter makes emergency landing in Sirajganj

Sirajganj Correspondent: A helicopter carrying Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader has made an emergency landing in a field at Deshigram union under Tarash upazila of Sirajganj.

The copter had to land there due to the dense fog place around 10:30am Monday when the minster was flying to Naogaon to join a programme in commemoration of Awami League’s former general secretary Abdul Jalil.

Party’s Joint General Secretary Jahangir Kabir Nanak, who was also in the helicopter.

Deshigram Union Parishad Chairman Abdul Kuddus said that the helicopter waited at Tarash for 40 munities and resumed its journey to Naogaon.
