Oikyafront leaders submit memorandum to EC

Staff Correspondent: Bringing allegations of limitless fraudulence and irregularities in the just-concluded 11th parliamentary elections, top leaders of Jatiya Oikyafront have submitted a memorandum to the Election Commission (EC).

The leaders of the main opposition alliance Oikyafront led by BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam entered the Nirbachan Bhaban in the capital’s Agargaon area around 3:00pm and handed over the memorandum to Chief Election Commissioner KM Nurul Huda.

They also brought allegation of false cases filed against their leaders and activists and mass arrest of them centring the polls.

The Oikyafront leaders did not hold any meeting with the EC.
