One held with gold worth TK 25 lakh

Staff Correspondent: Customs intelligence arrested one person with 447 grams of gold worth about Tk 25 lakh from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in the capital early Sunday.
The arrestee was identified as Md Mohiuddin.
Confirming the matter to risingbd, Director General (DG) Mainul Khan of Customs Intelligence said acting on a tiff-off, the customs authority arrested Mohiuddin along with the gold concealed in a wrist watch and additional 100 grams of gold ornaments more, said.
Mohiuddin, who made foreign tour 7 times this year, arrived at Dhaka from Dubai by a EK586 flight at dead of night.
