One killed in Shyamoli gunfight

Staff Correspondent: A suspected drug trader has been killed in a ‘gunfight’ with the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in Dhaka's Shyamoli.
The incident occurred early Wednesday.
The deceased was identified as Mehedi Hasan, 32.
According to RAB, they had been conducting an anti-drug drive in the area when the ‘gunfight’ took place. The elite force recovered a revolver and heroin from the spot.
